About

Michael Rush is a digital media creative based in Madison Wisconsin.

An independent film maker, artist, sound designer and composer with an MFA in photography, he has taught photography and film production classes at the Savannah College of Art and Design and Carroll University. His personal work explores transitional states of time, space and consciousness and the subjective nature of human perception and memory, often with a dream-like aesthetic.

He has worked commercially with clients such as Lane Crawford, Hermés, Hysan Development Ltd., % ARABICA, Avanti Media Ltd., The Landmark magazine, Erbert Chong Designs, Podicko Diamonds, The Company Tattoo, Epic MMA, Edouard Malingue Gallery, Veiled Solar, Hong Kong based fashion/design blog Style by Asia and many others.
